A registered student organization at Texas State can publish information on the LBJ web server using the following procedures:
- Come by the Campus Activities Office information desk
at the LBJ Student Center (fourth floor) for authorization
forms or print the online
authorization form.
- After approval by the Campus Activities staff an organization
web account and a web alias will be created.
- You will be notified via e-mail when the process is completed.
- Rules for HTML coding:
- Make all internal links relative, except those URL's
which link to an external server
- The main or homepage of your web content should be
called index.htm
- HTML filenames should end with htm extensions, not
html. An example would be "filename.htm"
- The sponsor's name and email address should be present
on the first page.
- The disclaimer
must be included as a link on your beginning page (index.htm)

to pick up web authorization forms or follow the link below.
