History of Eta Epsilon

Eta Epsilon received its charter on February 25, 1984 with the aid of these 10 founding members:

Cheryl Barbour, Lynnette Cardenas, Debbie Colley, Lisa Escamia, Roxanne Linsey (Heckman), Rosie Hidalgo, Beth Randow, Patricia Caka (Schneider), Cara Warren (Serpico), and Rhonda Woodard (Alm).

 

A Mixture of the Sexes:

The first male to cross into this chapter was Cristian Lira in the Spring of 2005.

The first male to hold an office in this chapter was Francisco Rios in the Fall/Spring of the 2007-2008 school year as Corresponding Secretary/Alumni Coordinator.

The first male president in this chapter (and presently) is Noel Esquivel, Jr. for the 2008-2009 school year.

 

Past Families:

Pegasus, Penguins, Giraffes, Dairy Cows, Bears, Dolphins, and Turtles.

Current Families:
Ducks, Seals, Mice, Flamingos, Unicorns, and Deer.

 

The Eta Epsilon chapter of Tau Beta Sigma is a student organization of the Texas State University
